Why Massage and Body Work?
Since I was 5 years old, I wanted to be a “doctor” or a ‘surgeon”. At the age of 15, after studying with the Silva Mind Control Institute, I learned to do remote healing. During my teenage years I taught myself the art of hypnosis by reading many books on the subject. In my college years as a Pre-Med student at Linfield College, I did past lives regression investigations as an independent study. Later while studying homeopathy at the American College of Naturopathic Medicine in Salem, I learned the power of subtle energies in those powerful homeopathic remedies given to the clients at our clinic. Throughout my coaching and athletic careers, I learned to work on athletes’ bodies and to understand the mechanics of movement.
Life through its many toils and snares put me on the path of bodywork. At the beginning was massage, then other forms of healing modalities and finally a combination of touch, intention and energy.
By practicing meditation, chanting and other spiritual practices, I developed a unique form of healing that combines the bodywork with energy work, sometimes crystals, other times remote healing or a combination of all of these techniques and more.
Some of my techniques involve the use of imagery or hypnosis in order to create in the mind a peaceful and quiet setting in order for the body to start the healing process while performing bodywork or energy work. In some cases, I use “Mind Machines” which use light and sounds to bring down the brain waves and set a more relaxing tempo in the body as well as in the mind.
My wishes and intentions when clients come to my office is to provide each one with the most caring, loving and healing environment as well as to foster self healing. It is the body of the client that allows the healing to take place to the degree it desires. Sometimes physical healing does not occur immediately because emotional and spiritual healing must happen first. Any illness or injury always affects the three components (body, mind/emotion and spirit). Any healing technique must address all three dimensions in some form or shape (i.e. stretching, breathing, meditating or counseling).
Again it is my deepest desire to provide you (the client) with the most relaxing, healing and safe experience that you will allow to occur within your body, mind and spirit. You can have a mundane experience, nothing wrong with that, or you can allow the session to become a magical or even a mystical experience. Either way, the benefits for you will be there for the accepting by your perfect Self.

May your days be filled with Love, Inner Truth, Peace and Joy.Mario
